Challenge and solution
The challenge
Agents from different agencies can’t see each other’s listings or split a commission safely, and clients get poached between them.
The solution
A shared catalog where every listing shows the commission, with commission filters and polygon search on the map. Clients are locked to an agent, listings are imported from Cian automatically, and new matches are pushed to the right agents.
Screens
What it does

- Real-time chats per listing or client, with an optional lawyer
- Agency accounts for directors and staff, plus moderation
Under the hood
